We have got you covered! Many clients struggle with severe fatigue and pain which can make it very difficult to attend sessions in person, especially at the beginning.  As long as you have an internet connection and a mobile phone or computer, we can have sessions together without the travel, in the comfort of your own home. Lots of clients choose this option as it saves them time and energy, is more convenient and is simple to do. We still get to see each other face to face. Sessions over the phone are also possible but as most people do, we still love to see you face to face.

99.5% of the time, parking is available in the drive, so that's one less thing you have to think about.

Working together generally involves fortnightly sessions to get to the underlying causes of stress, anxiety, chronic pain and medically unexplained symptoms. Very safe, effective, natural complementary modalities and techniques are used for symptom reduction and resolution, increased wellbeing and energy levels and a feeling of empowerment in your own life. That 's how we are quite different! Together we look to uncover the root causes and not just managing your symptoms, with a clear plan to move you forward. The modalities of guided change and techniques used have a proven track record and scientific research behind them.

This is a very individualised approach, as everyone is different. At the first introductory session, we will have gained enough information to formulate a step by step plan, so you will know exactly how many sessions will be required. It's not left open ended and is personalised to your own specific needs and personal goals.

This is a very difficult question to answer because we are all so different. We cannot guarantee any outcomes however, the protocols are proven and statistics show that improvements in health and wellbeing range from 25% to over 80% in 3-12 months. Many clients have been able to return to work and get their lives back feeling much happier in themselves. However, it does depend on each person's commitment and willingness to make the appropriate changes. You may be surprised at the possibilities for you! Each session is up to 1 h0ur 15 mins , which is usually enough time to cover all that is needed. 

Most people who have symptoms that are medically unexplained look to find some resolution through trying different therapies and medications, sometimes for years, with a key focus only on symptoms. This may help for a short time but often needs to be ongoing, so that you can just manage your symptoms. Our approach is different and combines all aspects of who you are, using a bio-psycho-social-spiritual model because we know that there are key areas that lead to symptoms and that all of these may need to be looked at for permanent resolution. This is what is missing in most therapies and models. You have a lead practitioner working with a team, who are all on the same page (so you don't need to keep repeating the same things over and over), to take you through these key areas with, regular reviews and a tailored plan just for you. We don't leave missing links and you are supported all the way through. We really work together in this, in an open and honest partnership.

A modality called Emotional Freedom Technique known as EFT or tapping is used, in conjunction with other profound modalities. This technique involves you gently tapping on acupressure points on your body. Occasionally it is easier for the client to focus and relax, if the practitioner taps on them gently. Permission is always asked for, prior to the practitioner tapping on the client, to make sure they are happy and comfortable with it. Most of the time you are able to tap on yourself.
